Types of brokerage activities:
- intermediary activity on the conclusion of insurance contracts on its own behalf and on behalf of the insured;
- intermediary activity on concluding reinsurance agreements on its own behalf and on behalf of the reinsured (Cedant);
- additional permitted activities carried out by the insurance broker in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on insurance and insurance activities.
