The broker's professional liability is insured by Victoria Insurance Company JSC for the insurance amount of KZT 1,218,360,000.00 (the total annual limit for all requirements), but not more than KZT 970,996,000.00 for each and every insurance event.

An insured event is the fact of establishing the professional liability of the Insured (Assured) for compensation for harm caused to life, health and / or property of third parties and the obligation of the Insured (Assured) to compensate for the harm caused to the property interests of the victims as a result of activities carried out by the Insured (Assured) on the basis of a court decision that has entered into legal force, or a voluntary plea of guilt by the Insured, with the written consent of the Insurer.
